support through RealFlex Online Support System service. This
is available to all customers who have entered into support contracts with
RealFlex. If you have recently purchased RealFlex software, you may be entitled
to 1 year free customer support. Please email
support@realflex.com to receive a User ID and Password.
Online Support entitles a customer to the

Support entitles the customer to a
year of software updates covering the entire product range

Support entitles customers for cheaper
upgrades for major products.

Support gives the customer access to
the RealFlex Online Customer Support system through the
www.realflex.com website.

Support allows customers to download the latest versions of software.

Support allows a customer to create,
track and manage their own requests. Customer can follow progress of requests
in real-time and also have historical record of progress.

Support enables a customer to
personalize their account to insure the database is up to date at all times.

Support gives the customer access to
the RealFlex online knowledge base. This allows the customer to view FAQ's
& commonly solved problems. It lists the latest versions of all products to
ensure customers under support are up to date, and has release notes showing
what's changed between each version.

Support allows customers access to the
online support system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at the time is suitable
the customer
